Hello
I have just spent the last two hours having guitar lessons
I was drinking wine at the time, so am now pissed but can play Karma Police, Last Christmas and I hope that I don't fall in love with you.
I also learned the first bit of My Iron Lung but was over ambitious, going for the slide string technique rather than change my fingering.
My dad always used to say "I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous"
(True it is neither funny nor clever but I rather like my old dad and will quote him when it seems to fit)
Well I would give my right arm to be able to play the guitar well. I have always had an interest in playig instruments but unfortunalty never stuck with any of them long enough to master them. I played the piano as a young child, then the tenor recorder (remember this lisa?), then I played the glockenschpeile (how the fuck does one spell this) with my first boyfriend Mark O (now a gay) then at secondary school I played the drums (not too bad at them) then at 21 my brother bought me a guitar and I have been messing around with it ever since.
